Ans.: One of the reasons this could be happening is that ‘JavaScript' is not enabled in your browser. To enable ‘JavaScript' in your browser, please follow these simple steps:
- Launch your internet browser and Click on ‘Tools
- Navigate to ‘Internet Options'
- Navigate to ‘Privacy' (third tab from the left, located on the top navigation menu)
- Ensure that the ‘Settings' option is set to ‘Low'
- Click on ‘Default' to enable Java Script and Active X
- Click on ‘Sites'
- Copy the URLs of the following sites in the space provided to enter ‘Address of Website'

Q3. I am not able view the animation window completely. I am getting a horizontal scrollbar in the right hand panel of the popup window. What should I do?
Ans.:
The popup window is designed for a screen resolution of 1024 X 768. To view the animated lesson completely without using a scrollbar, click on ‘Hide Topic List' on the top band.
Alternatively, you can change your screen resolution to 1024 X 768. To do so, follow the steps listed below:
Click on the ‘Start' menu
Navigate to ‘Settings'
Click on ‘Control Panel'
Click on ‘Display'
Navigate to ‘Settings', the last tab on the right-hand side of the top navigation bar
Under ‘Screen Resolution', shift the scroll bar to the right until it the setting reaches 1024 X 768
Click on Apply.
